Georgia United Credit Union seeks toy & clothing donations for foster children in Annual Wish Tree Program
Georgia United Credit Union is holding its 26th Annual Wish Tree Program to collect new toys and articles of clothing for deserving foster children in local communities. This holiday season, Georgia United invites you to stop by a Georgia United branch and pick up a Wish for a child today. Donated items should be dropped off by December 14 in order for deliveries to be made to local Department of Family and Children Services (DFCS) offices and other charitable organizations in time for the holidays.
The Wish Tree Program is Georgia United’s longest running community service project with nearly 20,000 gifts donated to children throughout the program’s tenure. “Georgia United has always been involved in the communities we serve across the state,” Debbie Smith, Georgia United President & CEO, commented, “This will be our 26th year supporting deserving children through our Wish Tree Program. Please help Georgia United by getting involved and help us grant holiday wishes for these local children.”
