The GlobalShadle outdoor ATM has been upgraded to an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM). Now, members can conduct all business they normally would with an ATM with the added features of an ITM. Our ITMs use the latest video chat capabilities, allowing members to conduct financial transactions with a live Member Service Representative, just as they would in person:
• Open an account• Apply for a loan• Withdraw or deposit cash• Check balances• Transfer funds• Pay a loan
“We are excited to offer our members extended service hours with our new ITM. Global members deserve the best experience possible and the ITM staff are amazing to work with,” said Global Credit Union Shadle Branch Manager Adrianne Franklin. “Whether you have used this technology before or it is your first time, I encourage you to stop by and give it a try.”
The live support feature is open from Monday — Saturday, 8AM to 6PM. After hours, the ITM machine works as a traditional ATM for 24/7 access.
