SPOKANE, WA – On February 22 Global Credit Union donated a wagon full of toys to Sacred Heart Children’s Hospital via the Credit Unions for Kids program.
Credit Unions for Kids resonates deep within Global Credit Union, which is why CEO Jack Fallis recently purchased this wagon of toys at the Northwest Credit Union Association convention and donated the toys back to Children’s Miracle Network.
“There is nothing more fulfilling than giving a gift that will ignite imagination, creativity and joy,” says Jack Fallis.
The wagon which included games and toys such as Angry Birds, Jenga, Tonka Trucks stuffed animals, Barbies and much more will be used for the simple pleasure of playing.
“Receiving donations such as this amazing wagon and toy basket bring hope and healing to children who are already going through so much. It is the commitment and dedication of individuals like Jack and Global Credit Union that help treat not only the child's illness but their spirits as well,” said Children’s Miracle Network Director of Philanthropy Kirsten Carlile.
Credit Unions for Kids raises money for local children’s hospitals to improve the lives of as many children possible, which is why Global is one of their biggest advocates.
