GoCUCards, PSCU team up for School of Credit Card Program Management

ST. PETERSBURG, FL (June 29, 2017)PSCU has partnered with GoCUCards to host a School of Credit Card Program Management, run by one of the most experienced credit union card consultants in the industry: Ondine Irving. The event will take place at PSCU’s headquarters in St. Petersburg, Fla., on Sept. 20-21, 2017. Registration is limited to 30 attendees.

Topics for the school include effective card portfolio analysis, product structure, disclosures and terms, expense control, invoice reviews and more. The school also features workshops using actual data from participating credit unions. Credit union management seeking to improve the profitability of their credit card program – especially leaders from lending, marketing, card services or accounting – will benefit from this event.

“Having attended more than 20 of Ondine’s schools as a participant and speaker, I learn something every time,” says Brian Scott, PSCU Senior Vice President of Sales and Solutions Consulting. “The interactions with other credit unions are invaluable in learning best practices about card program management. Our partnership with Ondine will yield great insights and valuable takeaways for participating credit unions.”

As a former credit union credit card professional and card services executive, Irving has experience on both sides of the credit card business and understands exactly what credit unions need from and for their credit card programs.

“GoCUCards’ schools offer no-nonsense, real-world help to boost credit card portfolios. I am very happy to be working with PSCU to help credit union professionals find better, more profitable ways to run their credit card programs. This special discounted school, thanks to PSCU, will provide participating credit unions an even higher ROI, which is what GoCUCards is all about,” says Irving.

“Leveraging our longstanding partnership with Ondine and GoCUCards, PSCU appreciates the opportunity and forum to educate credit unions on the importance of B2C marketing efforts, portfolio consultation, and the successful utilization of data analytics,” adds Glynn Frechette, Senior Vice President of PSCU’s Advisors Plus.

Hotel discounts are available for attendees at the Hilton St. Petersburg Carillon Park, which is walking distance from PSCU. Registration is available on a first come, first served basis and is limited to 30 people. The complete agenda and online registration are available online.
