Golden 1 Credit Union announces new Chief Technology Officer
New position adds innovation and experience to the credit union’s growing leadership team
SACRAMENTO, CA (December 2, 2020) — Golden 1 Credit Union (Golden 1) is proud to announce the addition of Jason Levingston to its senior leadership team. Levingston joins Golden 1 as Senior Vice President – Chief Technology Officer (CTO), a position focused on enterprise technology and infrastructure resources.

Levingston brings more than 25 years of information technology experience to Golden 1. He most recently served as the Chief Information Officer at Mutual of Omaha Bank in Phoenix, AZ,where he led an IT organization of 150 engineers, project managers, developers, and leaders. Prior to that role, he spent 10 years in Glendale, AZ at CSAA Insurance Group in multiple technology leadership roles.
After serving in the United States Air Force from 1994-1999 including stationing at McClellan AFB, Levingston settled in the Sacramento region as a network architect while working for California ISO in Folsom before moving to Arizona. Levingston is a native Californian and is happy his family has returned to enjoy all this great state has to offer.
