Greater Commercial Lending (GCL) is proud to announce the arrival of two new team members who will drive the organization’s mission to build long-lasting business partnerships that help communities thrive. Doreen Lorinczi has joined GCL as the new Vice President of Commercial Production, and Glenda Fitzpatrick will serve as Vice President of Commercial Operations.
Combined, Lorinczi and Fitzpatrick hold over 50 years of experience in the financial fields of banking and loan operations.
“With these two new additions, the Greater Commercial Lending team is now even better poised to bring meaningful change to communities and local economies around the nation,” said Jeremy Gilpin, Executive Vice President at GCL. “We are all excited to be working with such talented team members and can’t wait to see what we can accomplish together.”
With more than 20 years of lending experience, Doreen Lorinczi’s expertise spans all forms of commercial lending. She has worked with a variety of industries and loan types, with an emphasis on building creative structures that best fit the borrower’s needs.
As head of Commercial Production at Greater Commercial Lending, Lorinczi leads a team of government relationship officers who underwrite all of GCL’s new loan requests.

Before joining Greater Commercial Lending, Lorinczi served as a vice president of Exchange Bank in Santa Rosa, California, where she managed a $40 million portfolio and oversaw the underwriting of a variety of commercial and agricultural loan applications, including owner-occupied and investor real estate, with Small Business Administration (SBA) enhancements as needed. As a senior credit analyst for American AgCredit, Lorinczi underwrote all commercial loan applications, including Production Credit Association (PCA) and Federal Land Credit Association (FLCA) loans up to $750 thousand under AgCredit’s Express Loan program.
Her prior experience also includes four years as a controller, giving her a unique perspective on understanding a company’s financial needs.
Lorinczi holds a Master of Business Administration from Golden Gate University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of San Francisco.
With more than 30 years of experience in the banking industry, Glenda Fitzpatrick is a seasoned operations manager with extensive banking and financial services experience. She is committed to providing the highest-level client service deliveries and has a proven ability to identify and set organizational priorities at multiple levels, providing follow-through leadership to ensure goals and objectives are met. As a motivated and results-oriented leader, she is adept at managing resources and people processes, achieving consistent, cost-saving operational efficiencies. Her specialties include performance management, process improvement, team leadership, communications, quality control, productivity improvement, and resource management.
As the head of Greater Commercial Lending’s Commercial Operations, Fitzpatrick leads a team focused on servicing and investor relations.

Before joining Greater Commercial Lending, Fitzpatrick served as the senior vice president and loan operations director for Georgia Primary Bank and the senior vice president and Atlanta Loan Operations director of Atlanta Market, First Landmark Bank, a division of National Bank of Commerce. Prior to that, she spent almost 10 years with Chicago-based PrivateBank and Trust. Throughout these experiences, she gained more than 15 years of SBA servicing knowledge and expertise.
Fitzpatrick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia College & State University and is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager by the Institute of Certified Bankers.
