Greater Nevada names Andazola new VP People

Nicole Andazola has joined Greater Nevada Credit Union as the new VP People.  She will oversee the human resources, and training and development areas at Greater Nevada, focusing on helping to build, support and communicate the organization’s culture through team collaboration and employee engagement.

Andazola brings more than 15 years of human resources experience in both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining Greater Nevada she held leadership roles for Nevada Housing Division, and the State of Idaho Department of Health and Welfare.  She holds an MBA from University of Phoenix, and an SPHR (senior professional human resources) from HRCI (human resources certification institute).
