Greater TEXAS FCU Donates Funds to the Make-a-Wish Foundation of America

Austin, TX – Greater TEXAS Federal Credit Union raised $1034.93 over the course of 2011 for the Make-a-Wish Foundation of America through its implementation of employee Give Back Days.

Give Back Days are a chance for employees to fundraise one day a month by wearing jeans and a GTFCU polo shirt. With 16 branches across the state of Texas, employees chose a national organization to receive the funds versus splitting it up between individual chapters of the organization in Texas. Members are also welcome to donate to the charity any day of the year.

Greater TEXAS Federal Credit Union voted on the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital as the recipient of all 2012 funds raised.
