Tampa, FL – Grow Financial has been recently selected by The Tampa Bay Times as one of the Top Work Places of 2012 out of 75 different companies in the Tampa Bay area.  Each year, The Tampa Bay Times ranks the top work places in three different categories including large, midsize and small.  Grow Financial was ranked number 16 in the midsize category (150 – 499 employees) based on six different workplace factors including:  direction, working conditions, career, execution, managers, and pay & benefits.  Out of the six factors, Grow Financial scored the highest in the pay & benefits category.
