GTE Financial has an app for that: Credit union unveils feature-filled mobile app for easier, more convenient banking
TAMPA, FL (January 6, 2017) — GTE Financial is putting the power of managing money at its members’ fingertips with the launch of its all-inclusive GTE Mobile app later this month. The app is designed to give members the best credit union experience with convenient features like Deposit2Go, which gives the ability to quickly scan and deposit checks in real-time, and Bill Pay, a convenient and secure way to pay bills. Members will be able to view balances, transaction history, bill payments and locate ATMs along with many other key features.
GTE Financial has previously offered mobile capabilities to its members via various apps, but brings all of those features and more together in the newest app.

GTE Financial has consistently been a leader in embracing new technology and enhancing its members’ experience with cutting-edge virtual channels like OnScreen, where members interact with a Member Advocate in real-time, right on a screen. Earlier this year, GTE added a variety of Ways to Pay options for members to utilize mobile wallets and make retail purchases using their mobile devices.
GTE Mobile will combine a variety of services previously offered via GTE Financial mobile apps into one, sleek platform. Services available via the new app include:

- Tap for instant balances
- Mobile messaging
- Location search
- All GTE accounts in one place
- The ability to complete Friends & Family transfers
Members will still be able to utilize GTE’s mobile site and enjoy all of the convenience it offers. GTE Mobile will operate on all Apple and Android phones and tablets and is available for free download in the App Store and Google Play.
