Locally owned and operated credit union GTE Financial continues to elevate its elite talent team. The credit union is happy to announce the promotion of long-time GTE team member, Marian Ringuette, to Assistant Vice President of Talent Acquisition. Ringuette will manage, plan, and execute GTE's talent acquisition strategies, processes, and programs. As a vital member of the Talent leadership team, Ringuette will continue to contribute to GTE's talent strategy and build upon its high-performing team.
Previously the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, Ringuette has been with the credit union for almost 23 years. She began her journey in November 2000 and has worked in all areas of human resources in a general capacity, concentrating on acquisition for the last seven years. Ringuette earned her bachelor's from Radford University and Certification in Human Resource Management from the University of South Florida, including a Professional in Human Resources certification through the Society for Human Resource Management.
