GTE Financial to host free car show in partnership with the Yankees at Steinbrenner Field to raise money for local scholarships
TAMPA, FL (September 7, 2023) — Local credit union, GTE Financial, is proud to present their inaugural event, Family Motor Fest, a family-friendly festival to raise money for local scholarships in partnership with the Yankees. Hosted at George M. Steinbrenner Field, this event will feature 400 show cars, food trucks, a kids zone, bounce houses, a MOSI exhibition, and much more. In addition to free admission, every attendee will receive four free tickets to an upcoming Tampa Tarpons game. This event is free and open to the public and takes place on Saturday, October 7, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

All proceeds will be dedicated to our scholarship effort, making education dreams come true for deserving individuals in our community,” comments Scott Works, Vice President of Marketing and Community Engagement at GTE Financial. “Giving back to the community is at our core; what better way
to provide a helping hand than by rallying friends and families of all ages to come out and participate in a fun and engaging fundraising event.”
For those interested in registering their cars, the Family Motor Fest is accepting all makes and models of exotic cars and many more. Registration is $25 per vehicle and includes two free meal vouchers at one of the featured food trucks, two commemorative t-shirts, and four tickets to an upcoming Tampa Tarpons game.
