Gulf Winds Credit Union is proud to announce plans to soon break ground for a new headquarters on Nine Mile Road in Pensacola, Florida. This will mark a major milestone in the credit union’s continued growth and commitment to serving the community.
For more than 70 years, Gulf Winds has been dedicated to helping individuals, families, and local businesses succeed financially. The full-service financial institution has consistently focused on providing products, services, resources, and financial guidance that helps members achieve their goals with confidence and peace of mind.
This groundbreaking will be a significant step forward in Gulf Winds’ commitment to improving the member experience. Plans include bringing administrative teams together under one roof, creating a unified space that fosters collaboration and enhances the team’s ability to deliver personalized, efficient service to members.
Beyond unifying administrative teams, the new headquarters will represent an investment in the future. It will feature modern amenities, energy-efficient systems, and technological advances designed to meet increasing member demands and proactively expand services. The new headquarters will also be a strong representation of the brand, reflecting not only the organization’s identity but also fostering a sense of unity among employees and attracting top talent. These transformations will ensure that Gulf Winds remains at the forefront of innovation while continuing to serve the community with integrity and care.

The official groundbreaking will take place on Wednesday, December 18 at 220 E. Nine Mile Road and will feature key speakers from Gulf Winds Executive Leadership Team including Daniel Souers, President and CEO, and Ashley Jansky, Chief People and Culture Officer. Additional speakers will include Escambia County Commissioner Steven Barry and Pensacola Chamber President Todd Thompson.
