Following an exemplary forty-one-year career in the credit union industry, H. Michael Dickerson, President has announced his retirement from Oxford Credit Union effective September 10, 2021.
During his tenure as President, Dickerson played a critical role in the successful operations of Oxford Credit Union and was instrumental in the merger with Summit Credit Union in 2015. Oxford Credit Union retained its name and continued operating as an affiliate of Summit Credit Union to serve the financial needs of Oxford and the Granville County community. Well known in the Oxford community, Dickerson has served as a member of many organizations in Granville County, including Treasurer of both the Granville County Chamber of Commerce and the Granville County Shrine Club, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Wake Electric Membership Co-Operative.
Through this transition, Oxford Credit Union has named longtime Member Service Officer, Lori Inscoe as Branch Manager effective September 13, 2021.
