Hannah Freida promoted to E-Branch Manager at Reliant Credit Union
SODUS, NY (April 15, 2024) — Reliant Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Hannah Freida to E-branch Manager. Reliant strives to offer interesting and rewarding work for all employees and takes pride in helping to foster employee growth and development.
In her new role, Ms. Freida oversees and manages the E-branch staff, while ensuring a positive and seamless member experience in the delivery of Reliant’s convenience services, such as chat, email, text, online accounts, and loans.
Ms. Freida joined the credit union in 2012 and has held various positions, most recently as E-branch Supervisor. She is currently the Treasurer for Embrace Your Sisters and is a Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce CLIMB leadership program graduate. She lives in Rushville with her boyfriend and enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hiking, and being outdoors.
