Heritage Federal Credit Union announces temporary office located at Expressway Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram in Mt. Vernon, IN
NEWBURGH, IN (February 14, 2017) — Heritage Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce that they now have a temporary office location inside Expressway Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram located at 3900 Hwy 62 East, Mt. Vernon, IN.
Heritage Federal Credit Union has plans to finish construction on a full-service HFCU Mt. Vernon branch at the corner of Main Street and W. Fourth Street directly across from the Court House in late 2017. Until then, this temporary office location is available to better serve our Mt. Vernon/Posey County members. The temporary office hours are 3pm-7pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays or by appointment. The telephone number is (812) 253-6928 ext. 2560. This temporary office will not have the capabilities of a full-service HFCU branch, but will still offer the following services:
- Open a HFCU Account
- Apply for a Loan (Visa Card, Personal, Auto, or Mortgage)
- Inquire About Your Existing HFCU Account
- Get Financial Advice
To conduct a cash transaction, please visit one of our other 8 locations.
When the new full-service Mt. Vernon Branch opens in late 2017, HFCU will be able to provide their exceptional member service along with:
- Deposit and Lending Products/Services
- Investment Services through Heritage Financial
- Safe Deposit Boxes
- Drive-Thru with ATM
HFCU members can continue to utilize the HFCU website, online banking, bill pay, and mobile app to continue to conduct business with HFCU until the new location opens. Members also have access to cash dispensing ATMs around town, can access their HFCU accounts through Shared Branching locations, and also have the convenience of the HFCU New Harmony and West Side Branches.

This temporary office will help us to better serve our Posey County members until the construction on the new Mt. Vernon branch is completed later this year. While this temporary office is not a full-service branch, it will still be able to provide our members with many HFCU products and services. When our new, full-service Mt. Vernon branch is completed, we will be able to provide the same high-quality financial products and services to our members there that we provide to members in our other Warrick, Vanderburgh, Posey, and Henderson County branches.”
