Heritage Federal Credit Union promotes Steve Bugg to Executive Vice President
NEWBURGH, IN (October 25, 2017) — Heritage Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce that Steve Bugg has been promoted to Executive Vice President.
With the executive responsibilities increasing to support the growth and needs of Heritage Federal Credit Union, former Chief Marketing and Member Service Officer Steve Bugg has been promoted to Executive Vice President. This new position will enable Mr. Bugg to initially continue oversight of the retail, marketing, facilities, business development, and Heritage Financial (the credit union investment division), while increasing his Executive leadership role in multiple departments within the credit union.
Mr. Bugg joined Heritage Federal Credit Union in 2007 as the Vice President of Marketing. A few years later, his role expanded to include supervision of the HFCU branch network. As HFCU grew and began construction on its new Headquarters, and with future plans for additional expansion, the Facilities and Business Development departments were created and placed under his supervision (and recently, Heritage Financial).
Mr. Bugg has over 28 years of experience in executive leadership, sales, marketing, financial, and operations management. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Evansville in Indiana and is a graduate of the ProCon Leadership Institute.
