Heritage Federal Credit Union Receives Diamond Award for Outstanding Marketing Achievements

Newburgh, IN – Heritage Federal Credit Union in Newburgh, Indiana, was recently honored with a Diamond Merit Award, which recognizes outstanding marketing and business development achievements in the credit union industry.
The award was presented by the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) Marketing and Business Development Council, a national network comprised of nearly 1,000 credit union marketing and business development professionals. Awards are given in each of 33 categories ranging from advertising to community events and beyond.
Heritage Federal Credit Union won a Merit Award in the Brand Awareness category for its entry, entitled “Seriously Different…Seriously.” The purpose of this campaign is to increase Heritage Federal Credit Union’s name recognition in the local market and to create more awareness of the credit union advantage through marketing that utilizes unique visuals and to highlight the credit union difference. Upon hearing of the award, Ruth Gaon, CCE, President & CEO of Heritage Federal Credit Union stated, “It is an honor to be recognized with a Diamond Merit Award. Given the current environment of the financial industry, our ‘Seriously Different’ campaign is a timely promotion of the credit union advantage!”
