Heritage Federal Credit Union recognized for innovation in mobile banking platforms
NEWBURGH, IN (December 10, 2015) — Heritage Federal Credit Union in Newburgh, Indiana, is proud to announce that they were recently recognized at a forum with industry peers by their Mobile Banking Platform provider Access Softek, a leading developer of innovative mobile banking software, due to the Credit Union’s abilities to aid the Access Softek product development team in bringing some of the latest technological advances in mobile banking to the market.
Heritage Federal Credit Union’s Electronic Delivery and Deposit Support Operations team has worked closely with Access Softek’s mobile banking software developers to develop, test, and implement first-to-market features in their mobile banking application including:
- Card Controls – Developing the support process for managing card controls (card controls provide users the ability to restrict card usage through the Mobile Application)
- Balance Transfers – Helping establish a process to allow Mobile Banking users to conduct automated balance transfers
- Mobile Lending – Helping to develop the standard for Mobile Loan Applications for utilization with financial institutions’ core operating systems
