BERRIEN SPRINGS, MI (October 12, 2016) — Honor Credit Union is excited to announce the promotion of Sara Buursma to Director of Member Solutions Center. In this role, Sara will be responsible for managing all operations for the Member Solutions Center at Honor’s Operations Center in Berrien Springs.
As the director, Sara will be responsible ensuring member service is top notch and for strategic planning for the department and the execution of projects. She is a graduate of Western Michigan University with a Bachelor’s degree in organizational communication. She has been a part of the Honor team since 2013.
Sara resides in her hometown of Berrien Springs with her husband and two young daughters. She loves spending time with her family and living a healthy lifestyle, although homemade apple pie is a guilty pleasure of hers. Sara is an active runner and is looking forward to the Grand Rapids Marathon on Oct. 23.
