Honor Credit Union generates $500K in new loans through social media campaign
OSHKOSH, WI (September 13, 2016) — Chatter Yak!, the Oshkosh, Wisconsin-based CUSO specializing in marketing, advertising and social media consulting, announced yet another incredible success story from one of their clients using Yak Tracker, their premium lead generation application, which allows credit unions to use social and digital media to generate leads and revenue.
Honor Credit Union, a $700 million CU based in Southwest Michigan, has been using Yak Tracker since March 2015. Honor Credit Union’s most recent campaign, which ran through the month of August, netted 28 booked loans, a total of half a million dollars in loans. Utilizing email and social media the credit union was able to engage members and drive leads through the Yak Tracker tool. The staff worked with members and non-members who had shown interest in various loans to discuss various products and services with the credit union.
