Powered By Honor has made a $1,000 donation to the 501(3)c to assist them in providing drop-in support to those with mental illness. Consequential Minds has been providing support for those with mental illness since 1986, and Honor Credit Union is extremely proud to assist in supporting such a worthy cause.
Consequential Minds Inc., located in Benton Harbor, Michigan is focused on helping those with severe mental illness normalize in the community. With open doors to those in need, Consequential Minds’ goal is to provide an alternative to hospitals or expensive rehabilitiation services to those with mental illness or those dealing with crisis. The non profit organization provides work, income, independence, and enjoyment in life to those in need. Improving the quality of life for those with or recovering form mental illness is important to John Reed, the Director of Consequential Minds.
