Horizon Federal Credit Union launches Grocery Score, an exclusive member giveaway
WILLIAMSPORT, PA (January 2, 2024) — Horizon Federal Credit Union is thrilled to announce the launch of Grocery Score, an exhilarating member giveaway that offers an unforgettable shopping experience. Fifteen lucky members will have the opportunity to win a two-minute, all-expenses-paid shopping spree at Weis Markets. This initiative serves as a token of gratitude to valued members and showcases the credit union’s unwavering commitment to their financial well-being.
Michael Patterson, Chief Branding Officer at Horizon Federal Credit Union, expressed his excitement about the launch of Grocery Score, stating, “We’re really excited to bring the Grocery Score giveaway to our members. It’s more than just a giveaway; it’s a chance for our members to experience a shopping trip like no other and kickstart their savings.”

Members can earn up to 150 entries into the Grocery Score giveaway, with 5 entries automatically allocated to each existing Horizon member as of December 31st, 2023. There are multiple ways to earn additional entries. This includes opening a Rewards Checking account with Direct Deposit, a 1st Mortgage, or an Auto Loan, which will earn members 20 entries each. Opening a Credit Card or a Home Equity Loan/Line of Credit will earn members 10 entries each, while enrolling in E-Statements will earn them an additional 10 entries. The promotion will run from January 1st, 2024 to March 31st, 2024. Monthly winners will be selected from the pool of entries received. If a member does not win the current month’s drawing, their name will automatically be entered into the following month’s drawing.
