April is Credit Union Youth Month! To celebrate, Horizon Credit Union is offering deals for new youth accounts and will be hosting educational financial courses for kids and parents alike.
From lemonade stands in the summertime or after-school gigs to save for college, children can learn how to be financially savvy at any age. Horizon is here to provide children with the tools they need to climb towards financial success.
We’re helping your kids learn about money this month with short, fun online Pop-Up classes! Classes are every Tuesday at 3 pm PT/ 4 pm MT throughout the month of April. Parents and caregivers are highly encouraged to join these events.

Along with these pop-up classes, kids of all ages can hone their financial prowess at our Financial Training Ground, for free. Children can learn about checking and savings basics, early budgeting fundamentals and money management skills with short, fun videos and supplemental handouts.
