HR/TD Conference Approved for SHRM Recertification Credits

MADISON, WI – For the seventh year in a row the CUNA HR/TD Council’s annual conference has been approved as an event that will provide attendees with SHRM recertification credits.  The April 21 – 24 national conference takes place at the Grand Californian Hotel in Anaheim.  The conference includes keynote and breakout sessions that cover a wide range of HR and training topics, including:

  • innovation
  • health care reform
  • employee benefits
  • leadership skills
  • credit union industry update
  • Disney’s approach to training
  • generational differences
  • labor & employment law update

In addition to the SHRM recertification credit and timely content, recipients of the third annual CUNA HR/TD Council Excellence Awards will be recognized at the conference.

Attendees at the conference can earn up to 15.25 recertification hours toward their PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through HCRI (Human Resource Certification Institute). 3 certification credits are offered to attendees of the pre-conference workshop and 12.25 to those attending general sessions and breakouts.
