INDIANAPOLIS, IN (February 19, 2015) -- Indiana Members Credit Union (IMCU), Central Indiana’s largest credit union, is excited to announce that Jay Puckett, IMCU Brownsburg branch manager, received the 2014 Leader of the Year award at the Leadership Hendricks County Annual Reunion and Meeting. The event took place on January 22, 2015 at the Hendricks County 4-H Fairgrounds and Conference Complex.
Puckett, a 2000 graduate of Leadership Hendricks County, is actively involved in the community and serves as president of the Hendricks County Council, a member of the board of directors for the Brownsburg Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Brownsburg Rotary Club, an IHSAA football official, youth sports coach, and treasurer and elder of the Church at Main. Puckett was selected for the award based on his ability to lead by example, be a servant leader that brings out the best in others, and excel in collaboration and facilitation.
“I am truly honored to receive such a prestigious award,” stated Puckett. “I strive to be a servant leader and am grateful for the opportunity to work with such wonderful individuals through Leadership Hendricks County who all work for the greater good of our community.”
