Indiana State University FCU announces 2018-19 scholarship winners!

TERRE HAUTE, IN (June 5, 2018)Indiana State University Federal Credit Union is proud to announce its scholarship winners for the 2018-2019 school year. This year’s recipients are Gretchen Lance from Indiana State University (ISU), and Mia Cvengros and Rachel Luft both from South Vermillion High School. Each winner will receive a $2,000 scholarship to be distributed over the course of one academic year. All three will be attending Indiana State University this fall. Lance is a Psychology major and will be a junior this fall. Cvengros is planning on studying English or Pre-Law, and Luft will study Elementary Education along with Special Education.

New this year, the Credit Union scholarship was offered to three students among the Credit Union’s membership who are pursuing an undergraduate degree at either Indiana State University or Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College (SMWC). The scholarship is based on the students’ academic achievements, school activities, and community involvement.

The Credit Union was also able to award four (4) $250 Book Scholarships. Those winners are Alexandria Bazzani (SMWC), Sean Beaver (West Vigo High School), Kylie Fendrick (ISU), and Jonathan Staley (ISU).

This is the 11th year for the ISU Federal Credit Union Scholarship Program.
