Indiana State University Federal Credit Union awards $22,000 in college scholarships for the 2025-2026 academic year

Indiana State University Federal Credit Union is proud to announce the award of $22,000 in college scholarships to outstanding students for the 2025–2026 academic year. These scholarships are part of the credit union’s ongoing commitment to supporting education and empowering the next generation of leaders in our community.

Four students were selected for the top award of $5,000 for the next academic year based on community involvement, leadership, and a demonstrated commitment to their educational and career goals. An additional four students were selected to receive a book scholarship, each of those students will receive $500 for book expenses in the next academic year.

“Investing in education is one of the most impactful ways we can support our members and our community,” said Brian Zuber, CEO at Indiana State University Federal Credit Union. “These students represent the future, and we are honored to play a role in helping them achieve their dreams.”

The Indiana State University Federal Credit Union scholarship is open to members enrolled full-time in an undergraduate degree program at Indiana State University or Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College. Applications for the next scholarship cycle will open in November 2025.

Tuition Scholarship Winners include Amya Hilderbrand, Timothy Smith and Sydni Weber all Indiana State University students and Natalie Knigga a student at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College. Brailey Cleeton, also an SMWC student, received a Book Scholarship as well as Samantha Hendricks, Sadie Herring and Jensen Turner who attend ISU.
