Industry veteran Kristi Brooks joins Neighborhood Credit Union as SVP of Marketing and Community impact

DALLAS , TX (March 13, 2024) — Neighborhood Credit Union, a not-for-profit financial organization and the oldest credit union in the DFW metroplex, today announced the appointment of Kristi Brooks as senior vice president of marketing and community impact. In her role, Brooks will be responsible for business development, community relations, vendor contracts, credit and debit cards, and marketing, including PR, branding, social media, and internal and external communications.

Prior to joining Neighborhood Credit Union, Brooks served as national account and implementation manager at Auto Financial Group. She also spent 13 years as vice president of marketing for TTCU Federal Credit Union, where the organization grew over 400% in branch locations and assets during her tenure. Brooks has extensive experience in brand management, organizational leadership, strategic planning, vendor relationships, advertising strategy, and campaign design.
