WARMINSTER, PA – (August 1, 2011) Freedom’s newest effort in Member satisfaction and convenience is the Instant Issue Card machines that have been implemented in the Credit Union’s Abington, Northeast and Warminster Branches.

The Instant Issue technology enables Member Service Representatives to replace Members’ Visa^® Classic and Gold Credit Cards and Visa^® Check/ATM Cards within minutes. Whether a Member opens a new Credit Card or Checking Account at the branch, or a Card is lost, stolen or damaged, a new Card can be issued quickly. The Instant Issue machines save Freedom Members time, as well as money— the cost of having a Card expeditiously shipped from the manufacturer can cost up to $25.

And, what’s even more convenient is the verification process: in case of loss, damage or theft, the Member only needs to present proper ID to have a new Card made using Instant Issue. This step helps protect the Member from fraud and is easy to complete— no second forms of ID or other proof necessary!

The Instant Issue card system is one more way that Freedom Credit Union maintains excellence in service.
