Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union announces new board members Mark Dionne and Joanne Yestramski

LOWELL, MA (October 30, 2014) — The Board of Directors of Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union recently elected Mark E. Dionne and Joanne Yestramski to the Board of Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union. They will start their tenure in November 2014.

Mark E. Dionne has been a Tax Partner at Pricewaterhouse Coopers since 1991 and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Dionne earned his graduate degree in taxation from Northeastern University and his undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.

Mr. Dionne is a member of the Massachusetts Society of CPA’s and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He also serves as a corporator of Lowell General Hospital. He resides in Chelmsford, Mass.

Ms. Yestramski is Vice Chancellor for Finance and Operations at the University of Massachusetts Lowell and serves as a member of the Chancellor’s Executive Cabinet. Previously, she was Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the University of Maine System and served as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Bentley College. Ms. Yestramski earned her graduate degree in business administration from Texas A&M University and her undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. She is a Certified Public Accountant.

Ms. Yestramski serves on the Board and is Chair of the Programming Committee of the Eastern Association of College and University Business Officers, and is a member of the Lowell Catholic High School Board of Trustees. She resides in Groton, Mass.
