Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union announces team promotions
LOWELL, MA (January 18, 2024) — Mark S. Cochran, President and Chief Executive Officer at Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union, is pleased to announce the following staff promotions.
Grant Alois has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer (CIO). Grant joined the Credit Union in 2021 as the Vice President of Technology and has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to driving innovation within the technology division.
As CIO, he will join the Executive Team and is responsible for shaping and executing strategic initiatives that optimize systems, advance cybersecurity preparedness, and strengthen the Credit Union’s technology infrastructure. Alois will also manage System Applications, Payments, and Loan Servicing.
Alois received his A.S. in Computer Information Systems from New Hampshire Technical Institute and his
B.S. in Cloud Computing from Western Governors University. He also completed the Executive Development Program at the University of New Hampshire. Alois also holds multiple certifications under Amazon Web Services (AWS), ISACA, CompTIA, and ITIL v3. He lives in New Hampshire with his wife, Elena, and son.
Caitlyn Aguiar has been promoted to Assistant Vice President – Inbound Contact Center. Aguiar has been in the Credit Union industry for 24 years and has been with Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union working in various roles in the Member Contact Center for the last nine years. She has played a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s inbound capabilities and dedication to a positive member experience.
Aguiar currently resides in Lowell, MA with her three sons.
Fady Sidhom has been promoted to Assistant Vice President – Outbound and Digital Contact. Sidhom joined Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union in 2020 as the Outbound Contact Officer and played a key role in the growth and success of the Credit Union’s Outbound and Digital Contact teams. Before joining the Credit Union, Sidhom spent five years in the banking industry holding various management, customer service, and business development roles.
Sidhom earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. He resides in Methuen, MA with his wife, Ashley, their dog, Luna, and two cats, Brady and Snow.
