Jeff Napper, President/CEO of LBS Financial CU of Westminster, California, has been elected by the Board of Directors of CO-OP Financial Services to serve as the company’s Board Chairman.
Napper has served as a director on the CO-OP Board since 2010. He has been President/CEO since 2002 of LBS Financial CU, a credit union with $1.2 billion in assets and 122,000 members. Napper’s oversight work with CO-OP began in 1997 when he became a member of the Audit Committee.

In addition to Napper, three other credit union leaders were elected to Officer positions on CO-OP’s Board of Directors:
- Allan McMorris, elected Vice-Chairman/Chairman-Elect. McMorris is President/CEO of Oakland County CU of Waterford, Michigan.
- Chuck Purvis, elected Treasurer. Purvis is President/CEO of Coastal FCU of Raleigh, North Carolina.
- Benson Porter, elected Secretary. Porter is President/CEO of BECU of Tukwila, Washington.
The Board of Directors of CO-OP Financial Services consists of 11 members. In addition to Napper, McMorris, Purvis, Porter and Ferraro, the six other members of the Board include Tom Dorety, Suncoast CU, Tampa, Florida; Wayne Grosse, Bethpage FCU, Bethpage, New York; Joan Opp, Stanford FCU, Palo Alto, California; Kent Oram, Idaho Central CU, Chubbuck, Idaho; John Radebaugh, Carolinas Credit Union League of Raleigh, North Carolina; and Lisa Schlehuber, Elements Financial FCU, Indianapolis, Indiana.
