Arbor Financial Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Jeff Potter to Director of Mortgage Sales. Jeff is an experienced mortgage lender with over 24 years of experience in the industry.
As Director of Mortgage Sales, Jeff is responsible for mortgage growth in both the Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids markets. In this leadership role, Jeff will ensure the development and success of the Mortgage Loan Origination team, and work to assure Arbor Financial achieves mortgage goals through product and team development strategies.
“Jeff’s experience as a leader in the mortgage industry, community relationships and vast knowledge of the financial services are a benefit to this position, and I am happy to have him in this new role,” states Susan Weir, Vice President of Mortgage Lending.
Jeff has been married for over 20 years to his wife, Phyllis, and has four children. He is a firefighter and EMT for Zeeland Fire and Rescue and serves as the Vice President of the West Michigan Fire Prevention Council. A Veteran of the U.S. Navy, Jeff believes that if better is possible, then good is not good enough.
