John M. Floyd & Associates Announces New Regional Directors

BAYTOWN, Texas (June 14, 2012) – John M. Floyd & Associates (JMFA), a profitability and performance improvement consulting firm for financial institutions, located in Baytown, Texas, announces the addition of two regional directors.

Vic Imes has been named regional director for Indiana and Ohio. He joins JMFA after more than 30 years in banking systems sales and management. His background includes leadership positions in sales and implementation of core banking, item processing, image processing, branch automation, enterprise risk management and other mission-critical banking functions. He has 15 years of experience in hiring, training and managing a nationwide sales force. Prior to joining JMFA, Imes held positions in Wolf & Company, New Core Banking, NCR, VSoft and Data Management Products. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Ball State University.

Terry Downey has been named regional director for Alaska, Idaho, Oregon and Washington. He joins JMFA with more than 10 years of banking and credit union systems experience. His background includes extensive success in sales, project management and deployments of software and hardware, and related maintenance services, such as ATM network solutions, imaging and core processing, internet banking and teller support. Prior to joining JMFA, Downey was associated with FTSI Connecting, Pendum LLC, Fiserv Summit Information Systems and Harland Financial Solutions. He received a Bachelor of Management of Human Resources degree from George Fox University.
