John M. Floyd & Associates Executive Search Group Increases Staff

BAYTOWN, TX (November 17, 2011) – John M. Floyd & Associates (JMFA), a profitability and performance improvement consulting firm for financial institutions, today announced three additions to the company’s Executive Search Group (JMFA ESG). The new hires will focus their entire efforts on building the company’s ever-growing ESG department. As a financial services-only company, JMFA ESG’s business model includes expertise in retained executive searches, contingency searches, and staff augmentation and project staffing.

Debbie Aldridge has been named executive search director. She will be responsible for leading recruiting efforts to fill senior level positions for financial institutions. Aldridge has an extensive background in recruiting and executive placement in the financial services industry, including salary negotiation and benefit analysis. She also has experience in operations and auditing for state and private institutions. Prior to joining JMFA ESG, she was executive recruiter for one of the largest search firms in the world. She earned a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting from Sam Houston State University.

Mark Rosenstein has joined the company as regional business development manager. He will be based in the company’s Houston office and will be responsible for providing executive search and recruiting services to financial institutions, based on contract/project-based or contingency- based needs. Rosenstein brings more than 20 years of experience in executive search and staff augmentation, along with a background of management and consulting in the financial services industry. He earned a bachelor of science degree in finance from Southern Illinois University.

Craig Naber has joined JMFA ESG as senior business development manager/major accounts. He will be responsible for expanding the company’s recruiting services in the areas of contract/project staffing. He brings more than 25 years of industry experience, including staff augmentation and project services for the nation’s top 200 financial institutions. His background also includes, eight years with the Bank Administration Institute (BAI). Naber attended the University of Iowa.
