Josh Linkner to speak at 2016 America’s Credit Union Conference

WASHINGTON, DC (April 8, 2016) — Credit Union National Association (CUNA) revealed today that author, entrepreneur and venture capitalist Josh Linkner will serve as the closing keynote speaker for the 2016 America’s Credit Union Conference on June 29, 2016 in Seattle.

“Josh’s unique perspective, extensive experience and boundless vision make him a great fit for America’s Credit Union Conference,” says Jim Nussle, President/CEO of CUNA. “His revolutionary ideas on creativity, risk and imagination will enable our attendees to pursue bold new strategies for their future.”

Linkner is the founder and CEO of four technology companies, including ePrize, the largest digital promotions agency in the world. As a venture capitalist, Linkner has raised more than $150 million for various startups and founded Detroit Venture Partners, a firm that seeks to help rebuild Detroit by investing in technology startups.

In his presentation, titled “Harnessing Innovation: Turning Raw Ideas Into Powerful Results,” Linkner will offer tools credit unions can use to facilitate creative thinking and game-changing innovation that gets results.

Linkner joins social activist Alex Sheen, former retail executive George Blankenship and digital leader Charlene Li as keynote speakers for this year’s conference.
