Kielbasa promoted to Chief Digital Officer at Truliant

WINSTON-SALEM, NC (September 11, 2017) — Truliant Federal Credit Union has promoted Rik Kielbasa to the newly created role of Chief Digital Officer.

Truliant created the new executive management position to better meet the needs of member-owners who bank using multiple online platforms and digital tools. Kielbasa will lead efforts to develop, coordinate and lead Truliant’s digital-member experience strategies.

He will also be responsible for directing and developing a new Innovation Team at the credit union. Kielbasa reports to Todd Hall, Truliant’s chief operating officer.

“Rik has the vision, experience and depth of industry knowledge to lead this strategically important area for our organization,” Hall said. “The financial services industry is changing at a fast pace and we realize the growing importance of the digital space to our members as they increasingly interact with the credit union through online and mobile channels.”

Kielbasa came Truliant in 2009 as the Vice President of its Member Contact Center. He has also served as Truliant’s Vice President of Remote Services and Member Experience, and in 2013 he was promoted to Senior Vice Present, Member Experience.

Along with his new duties, Kielbasa will also retain responsibility for Truliant’s Member Contact Center, Member Channel Support, Cards and Card Fraud, and ATM services.

“I am honored to begin serving in this position and thrilled to assume these new responsibilities,” Kielbasa said. “I am committed to Truliant’s mission to improve our members’ financial lives by providing the best products and services in the communities we serve while bringing more convenience to exceed our member-owners’ expectations across every channel.”

Kielbasa earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Elon University. He and wife Beverly live in Kernersville, N.C.
