Kim Rutledge promoted to Chief People Officer of Q2

(NYSE: QTWO), a leading provider of digital transformation solutions for banking and lending, announced the promotion of Kim Rutledge to Chief People Officer. Rutledge previously served as executive vice president of people, where she led the human resources and corporate services organizations with a focus on enabling growth, development, and experiences for Q2’s mission-driven teams.

In her over six years at Q2, Rutledge has navigated a hybrid work shift and helped guide the company to international growth while retaining a strong company culture, leading to Top US Workplace and Top Austin Workplace awards for Q2. Rutledge also spearheaded the company’s efforts around pay and leadership equity. Because of Q2’s dedication to the initiative, the company has achieved pay parity among both gender and ethnicities, nearly doubled female representation at and above the director level, and increased non-white representation in the US, UK, and Canada by 20%.

As CPO, Rutledge aims to evolve Q2’s international presence and continues to focus on contributing to Q2’s culture while facilitating talent growth to match the rapid growth of the company.
