Kitsap Credit Union is pleased to announce the appointment of Mill Creek resident Eric Crabtree as its new Vice President of Digital Experience.
In his new role, Eric will be responsible for developing and overseeing an integrated strategy across all digital member touch points. He will partner closely with all key stakeholders to enhance the digital experience and deliver leading solutions to our valued members. Eric will report to Kellie LeTexier, SVP, Chief Operations Officer.
“Eric is a technology thought leader who brings a passion for digital innovation and a strong track record for driving key performance indicators (KPIs),” said Shawn Gilfedder, CEO and President of Kitsap Credit Union.
Eric comes to Kitsap Credit Union with more than 20 years of executive leadership, where he’s led high performing teams at global Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies in both the US and the UK.
Most recently, he held the role of Executive Advisor at TechMgt Advisory Services in Seattle, WA. Eric received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Arizona State University, and Executive Management Development education from Ashridge Business School in the UK.
