GRAND RAPIDS, MI (March 12, 2014) – Lake Michigan Credit Union (LMCU) is pleased to announce the hiring of Matt Adler as a mortgage loan originator, joining its metro Detroit retail mortgage team. He will work from LMCU’s new Troy branch, located at 734 W. Long Lake Road.
Adler graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in music performance. He has 10 years of lending industry experience, working for North Star Home Lending, Bank of America, and Independent Bank, where he was the company’s top producer from 2011 to 2013. Adler was also ranked as one of the top loan originators in the country by industry trade magazine, Scotsman Guide, and is a member of the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) Executive Director’s Club.
Vice President of Retail Mortgage Sales SE, Pat Rokosz, is excited to have Adler on his mortgage team. “Matt’s work ethic is exceptional, and he delivers the highest level of service to every member he assists. We are extremely fortunate to have such a dedicated and knowledgeable producer on our team.”
Adler appears ready to make his mark. “LMCU’s construction loan options are more expansive than most. I consider helping a client build the home of their dreams as one of the perks of the job. I’m considered metro-Detroit’s construction loan expert and can’t wait to expand my reach with an increased construction loan arsenal.”
During his off-hours, Adler is the principal tubist in the Royal Oak Symphony Orchestra and coaches soccer for his children.
