Land of Lincoln Credit Union promotes Kassi Martin and Tim French to AVP Regional Operations Managers
DECATUR, IL (October 30, 2023) — Land of Lincoln Credit Union (LLCU) announced that Kassi Martin and Tim French each have been promoted to the roles of Assistant Vice President Regional Operations Managers. Kassi and Tim will oversee the day-to-day tasks of our branches. Kassi will supervise LLCU’s Southern Region, while Tim will supervise the Northern Region.
“Kassi and Tim have shown great leadership skills and initiative while serving in their previous roles here at LLCU,” stated Jeri Phillips, LLCU Chief of Member Services. “The position of Regional Operations Manager is a big undertaking which requires great knowledge of our daily operations as well as of our products and services. Kassi and Tim have both worked their way up at LLCU which has allowed them to gain tremendous insight into what it takes to maintain branches that can best serve our membership.”
Tim French has been with LLCU for just over 4 years and has worn several hats in his tenure, most recently serving as Solution Center Manager. In 2019 he graduated from the Decatur Leadership Institute and is one of LLCU’s Certified Financial Counselors. Tim has a total of 8 years of experience in the financial industry.
Kassi Martin has served LLCU for 5 years. Kassi started at LLCU as a teller and before this new role served as Mattoon’s Branch Operations Manager. Like Tim, Kassi is also a Certified Financial Counselor. Martin and French will manage LLCU’s branches and ensure their respective regions are working efficiently and effectively. Martin’s home office is located at 720 Broadway Avenue in Mattoon and French’s home office is at 3130 E. Mound Road in Decatur.
