Leadership Innovators Rockwell and Wetherington Keynoters at NAFCU’s 47th Annual Conference and Solutions Expo in Las Vegas

Washington, DC  (January 30, 2014) - Leadership innovators Dan Rockwell and Lee Wetherington will be keynoters at the National Association of Federal Credit Unions’ (NAFCU) 47th Annual Conference and Solutions Expo, which will be held July 22-26 at The Venetian Las Vegas Casino, Hotel & Resort. Credit unions attending will learn pioneering business strategies to help increase membership and boost their bottom lines.

“Rockwell and Wetherington are dynamic speakers whose thought-provoking insight on leadership techniques will help credit unions boost innovation, identify trends and maximize net income,” said Dan Berger, NAFCU’s president and CEO.

Rockwell is the author of the world-renowned blog Leadership Freak, which has more than 200,000 subscribers. He has given numerous training sessions and presentations for regional and global organizations to help them enhance their management skills. In his keynote, Rockwell will share his two-step formula to help leaders reignite energy and fuel passion at an organization.

Wetherington is the director of strategic insight for ProfitStars, where he educates financial executives on the trends and implications of new technologies. He has delivered more than 300 keynotes at major industry conferences. Wetherington’s presentation will identify unique strategies for tackling the latest technologies and trends to help prepare for the future.

Additional speakers include National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) Chairman Debbie Matz. Berger and other top NAFCU staff will also lead a “kick-off conversation” addressing the top regulatory and legislative issues with attendees on opening day.
