MagniFI Chosen as Design/Build Partner by Heritage Federal Credit Union

Fort Wayne, Indiana: MagniFI, the premier partner for financial institutions across the United States, was recently contracted by Heritage Federal Credit Union, headquartered in Newburgh, Indiana, to perform a MarketFI Analysis, a space planning study and design/build services.

MagniFI will build an administrative facility/member center in Newburgh, Indiana. The 30,000-square-foot facility will be Heritage FCU’s seventh location. With assets in excess of $420 million, Heritage currently serves more than 42,000 members.

MagniFI provides a complete turnkey operation including market intelligence and analysis, property search, site acquisition, architectural services, general contracting, branch security, proficiency training, and project financing and leasing.
