Magnolia FCU reveals details of future credit union website design with BloomCU

The rumors are true - Magnolia Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce their recent partnership with award-winning technology and credit union website design agency BloomCU to upgrade their current website.

With a fresh design and upgraded tech, the new website will offer an enjoyable user experience and enhanced online capabilities. Ryan Harmon, Creative Director at BloomCU said, “Mobile and online banking really is the standard these days. Being able to deposit checks, apply for loans, and pay bills online is a must.” BloomCU’s award-winning skills will ensure that the new site is intuitive and easy to use on all devices.

Magnolia FCU has been concerned with wait times at their brick and mortar locations for some time. Their large membership base makes it difficult to keep up with the demand for in-person transactions. The new site will demonstrate how a beautiful and intelligent design upgrade can streamline online functions, decrease in-person wait times, and stand out from the competition.

Intelligent design essentially boils down to functionality. BloomCU understands this and has been conducting usability tests and card sorting exercises to build intuitive navigation and interfaces for the site. Fast load-times and real-time search results will speed up transactions and quickly direct members to the products they are looking for.

Magnolia’s new website will include a natural language quiz bot, and also feature BloomCU’s personalization software called Persona. With Persona, visitors who land on the new site will be given a personalized experience based on previous website visits and implied preferences.
