Freehold, N.J. (Wednesday, November 14, 2012) – Farmingdale resident Marie Sangillo received a check for $1,000 as a winner in First Financial Federal Credit Union (www.firstffcu.com) and 94.3 The Point’s “Helping Families First” sweepstakes from Nicole Andretta, First Financial’s e-marketing specialist, at the credit union’s Freehold branch on Route 9 South (Barclay Square) in Freehold.
Throughout 2012, consumers age 18 years and older can participate in the First Financial promotion at http://943thepoint.com/win-1000-from-first-financial-federal-credit-union/ under “contests” and get entered to win $1,000 in a monthly grand prize drawing. A grand prize winner is randomly selected each month from all qualifying entries on or about the last day of each month.
First Financial’s new home improvement loan was the September contest theme, and entrants were asked what type of home improvement they would make if they won the monthly prize. Of winning, Ms. Sangillo said, “At first I didn’t think it was real or too good to be true, but I am grateful that I won and if I were to make a home improvement I would love to use the money to remodel my kitchen.”
“We realize times are tough and people would like to pay down their debt,” said Issa Stephan, President and CEO of First Financial. “We thought it would be a great opportunity to host a contest with The Point to give them a chance to do so, and have fun at the same time.”
