Mark Klapperich joins Kohler Credit Union as retail relationship manager

SHEBOYGAN, WI (October 31, 2018) — Kohler Credit Union welcomes Mark Klapperich as their new retail relationship manager. In his role, Klapperich will manage member service representatives across all branches and concentrate on the retail aspects of the organization; creating an enhanced member experience for the credit union’smember-owners.

“I am passionate about serving the needs of our members and exceeding their expectations. I look forward to developing a strong team that shares that passion and is diligent in providing the products and services that positively impact our members’ lives,” said Klapperich.

Klapperich has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry including roles as vice president,district manager, consumer loan officer and member service representative. Klapperich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administrationwith an emphasis onfinance from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.

Originally from Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, Klapperich now resides in New Holstein with his wife, Sarah, two daughters, Rylee and Grace, as well as their beloved pet dog and cat. In his spare time, Klapperich enjoys spending time with his family and friends and is also an avid golfer.
