Marketing Association of Credit Unions celebrates 30 years at upcoming conference
LOMPOC, CA (April 29, 2016) — “When MAC tells you “You’re One of Us!” they really mean it,” says Jennifer D’Amico, AVP of Marketing, Commonwealth Central Credit Union and MAC board member. “We are extremely unique in that we are not directed by any trade association – but rather we are here to help our members succeed by providing webinars, resources and conference education and the best networking opportunities around.”
This year, MAC is blowing it up again with an education-content filled conference at the Aria in Vegas, May 31 – June 3. Starting with a free-to-attendees Zappos Tour, networking and innovation from outside experts like Soren Kaplan, award-winning author on Brand & Culture and Kelly McDonald, national speaker and multi-cultural marketing expert. Michael Wood, from the 747 Group will give us the scoop on Millenials and GenZ and Chief Marketing Officer, Tansley Stearns of Filene Research Institute is going to lead the entire group in a half-day innovation workshop. Plus, attendees won’t want to miss our 30th Annual MAC Awards Celebration where we honor the best of the best in credit union marketing from 2015.
“With break-out sessions on social media, financial literacy, culture involvement in your brand, and more…this week can only be summed up in six simple words,” claims Randy Schultz, Associate MAC board member from Weber Marketing Group. “It’s going to be a MACstravaganza!”
