Member Driven Technologies awarded NACUSO’s CUSO of the Year runner up
CUSO recognized for commitment to innovation, collaboration
FARMINGTON HILLS, MI (April 17, 2019) — Member Driven Technologies (MDT), a CUSO that hosts the Episys® core platform from Symitar® to provide a private cloud alternative for core processing and IT needs, has been named runner up for NACUSO’s 2019 CUSO of the Year Award.
The annual award recognizes CUSOs who exhibit excellence and innovation in utilizing the collaborative model to bring new solutions to the credit union industry. The CUSOs are judged on criteria such as their ability to:
• Bring value to the industry, their owners and credit union members;
• Exemplify thought leadership and critical thinking;
• Demonstrate innovation in the design, implementation and execution of business processes;
• Create value through collaboration and innovation in organizational design; and
• Show results, outcomes and performance.
MDT has a unique understanding of its clients and the daily demands and challenges they face. Since being founded in 2003, the CUSO has steadily grown to now serve approximately 115 clients across nearly 30 states. MDT has always been an advocate of wider industry collaboration. The CUSO offers two annual events for credit union clients and partner technology vendors to have strategic discussions on industry trends and business challenges. MDT is also involved in larger industry initiatives such as Sheltered Harbor, which supports financial institutions in the event of a major cyber incident.
