Members 1st Federal Credit Union earns widespread recognition for community impact and leadership

Enola, PA (April 8, 2026) |

Across the communities it serves—and nationwide—Members 1st Federal  Credit Union is earning recognition for something deeper than awards alone: the  everyday impact of its associates and the meaningful difference they make in people’s  lives. Recent honors at the national, state and local levels reflect a shared commitment  to service, strong leadership and a dedication to showing up for members and the  communities they call home.

Recent Honors Include:

  • Members 1st was selected for TIME Magazine’s inaugural list of America’s  Best Financial Services 2026. Only 135 institutions nationwide were  recognized, with Members 1st standing as the only Pennsylvania-headquartered  credit union on the list.

  • Members 1st was selected as a Leaders in Financial Literacy Award recipient  by the CrossState Credit Union Association for its Fraud Awareness initiative  developed in partnership with Consumer Advocate Mary Bach. “These recognitions mean so much because they reflect the heart behind the work,”  said Michael Wilson, President & CEO of Members 1st Federal Credit Union. “Our  associates care deeply about the people we serve. They are helping members navigate  important moments and milestones, looking out for them when it comes to fraud and  giving back to their community. That is what makes me most proud—the impact they  are making every day.”
